We provide rental of event furniture and decorative items such as:
- Chairs and jhallers for weddings and receptions
- Tables for corporate events and private parties
- Custom setup and delivery to venues
- All items remain the property of Avalon Event Fabrics.
2. Booking & Payments
- A minimum 50% advance is required to confirm a booking
- The balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after payment.
3. Delivery & Pickup
- We provide delivery and pickup to/from the event location
- Clients must ensure someone is available to receive and return the items
- Additional charges may apply for delayed returns or overtime pickups
4. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure venue access and safety for our delivery crew
- Maintain rented items during the event
- Return items in original condition
- Any missing or damaged item will be billed to the client
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions due to:
- Weather, traffic, or access issues
- Acts of God or natural disasters
- Third-party negligence
6. Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or withhold services if:
- Payment terms are not met
- Venue conditions are unsafe
- Information provided is false or misleading
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, photos, and content on our website are owned by Avalon Event Fabrics and may not be used without permission.
8. Governing Law
