At Avalon Event Fabrics, we understand that event plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our rental services.

 

1. Cancellation Terms

  • More than 7 days before the event: Full refund
  • 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before the event: No refund

 

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Transaction/service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

 

3. Rescheduling

  • Free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 3 days before the event, subject to availability
  • Short-notice rescheduling may attract additional handling charges

 

4. Delivery Issues & No-Show

  • If our delivery team is unable to access the venue or no one is available to receive the items, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided

 

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any damage, loss, or theft of rental items will be charged to the customer
  • The cost will be determined based on repair or replacement value
